Wendys Shift Supervisor

Supervise crew members, enforce food safety standards, and execute cost control systems while serving as the primary liaison between front-line staff and upper management. Resolve customer complaints, address employee questions, and delegate housekeeping duties to ensure satisfaction for both parties. Manage front-of-house operations, handle disputes, and verify bank deposits while covering shifts for absent employees. Maintain a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
