Follow Wendy’s recipes, procedures, and portion standards; operate grills, fryers, and beverage equipment; use the POS system for transactions; assist with drive-thru; maintain cleanliness across front counter, dining room, kitchen, and service areas; support opening/closing and shift changes; adhere to food safety and brand standards; demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and professional appearance as part of a fast-paced, guest-focused team.
