Wendy's Team Member

Team Member responsible for friendly, accurate service and quality food preparation in a Wendy's restaurant. Duties include greeting guests, taking orders with the POS system, answering questions about menu items, delivering prompt service, prepping food according to recipes and holding times, operating kitchen equipment safely, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across front-of-house and back-of-house areas, handling cash and transactions, supporting opening/closing and shift changes, assisting drive-thru as needed, and performing other duties to uphold Wendy’s brand standards. Requires basic math and cash handling skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, reliable attendance, teamwork, adherence to food safety and operational procedures, and flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
