Job Summary
Provide friendly, accurate service to guests and prepare quality food items while maintaining a clean, safe restaurant environment. responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders with the POS system, handling cash and digital transactions, operating kitchen equipment safely, preparing menu items, ensuring food safety, restocking supplies, assisting with drive-thru, and supporting opening/closing procedures. Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and teamwork; adheres to Wendy’s brand standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to follow food safety and operational procedures
- Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
