Job Summary
Provide friendly guest service and accurate, efficient food preparation in a fast-paced Wendy's restaurant. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders at the POS, answering questions about menu items, ensuring timely and accurate service, maintaining food quality and safety, operating grills and other kitchen equipment as permitted, restocking supplies, handling cash and drive-thru operations, and supporting opening/closing and cleaning duties. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front counter, dining room, kitchen, and service areas; follow food safety and company procedures; demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and professional appearance while upholding Wendy's brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
