Job Summary
Operate the drive-thru, grill, and register while maintaining brand standards and handling customer interactions. Monitor inventory levels for supplies like ketchup and straws, restocking them as needed. Assist crew members with tasks and follow directions to ensure food quality and safety. Stand and move for most of your shift, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, while managing weather-related challenges at the drive-thru.
Required Qualifications
- Solid social skills
- Ability to see low items (ketchup, straws, cups) and refill them
- Willingness to pitch in and help crew and customers
- Ability to take and receive direction like a pro
- Willingness to learn something new and be part of something good
- Commitment to making things right if something doesn't seem right
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs. now and then
- Ability to handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.
- Ability to wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines
