Job Summary
Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures to crew members while performing walk-thrus to ensure the restaurant is ready to open or close. Supervise, coordinate, and delegate operations tasks through team huddles and meetings, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. Maximize crew retention by supervising Team Trainers and maintaining quality, production, and service standards for a safe, efficient environment. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, and one or more years of restaurant experience. You must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, stand for prolonged periods, and handle frequent lifting up to 50 pounds. Availability includes all day parts, days of the week, and potential transfers to other locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- One or more years of restaurant experience
- 6 months or more of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure and giving sound advice and direction
- Ability to take direction, give direction, work well in a team environment and have a strong customer orientation focus
- Ability to exhibit professionalism, composure, and discretion when expediting or resolving all customer related concerns and issues
- Ability to work, concentrate and perform duties accurately in a fast paced environment that may involve noise and hot/cold temperatures or other elements
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to use a headset
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds, as necessary
- Ability to reach, push, pull, bend, kneel and stoop
- Availability to report for work promptly and regularly
- Availability to work all day parts and days of the week
- Ability to transfer from one location to another
- Ability to travel to other Area offices as business needs dictate
