Job Summary
Lead the restaurant management team to meet sales and budget goals while monitoring employee tasks for compliance with Quality, Service, & Cleanliness programs. Manage food, labor, and paper costs, ensure proper training, and make decisions regarding hiring and termination. Attend meetings requested by the District Manager or Area Director and develop operational skills to grow within the organization. This role requires strong leadership and supervisory experience, offering a competitive base salary with bonus plans, health insurance, PTO, and 401k at a premier QSR operator with over 375 locations.
Required Qualifications
- strong leadership, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
- 3 or more years of supervisory experience, preferably within quick service restaurants
- Be able to perform all duties of restaurant staff
