Job Summary
Lead the restaurant management team to meet sales and budget goals while monitoring employee tasks to ensure compliance with Quality, Service, & Cleanliness programs. Manage food, labor, and paper costs, oversee proper training, and make decisions regarding hiring and termination. Attend meetings requested by the District Manager or Area Director to drive operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership and supervisory experience within quick service restaurants.
