Job Summary
Take and receive direction while handling drive-thru service, operating registers, grills, and headsets. Fill out low stock items like ketchup, straws, and cups, and ensure everything looks right if something doesn't seem right. Stand and move for most or all of your shift, lifting up to 25-50 lbs now and then, while managing weather-related moments at the drive-thru or taking trash out. Pitch in to help your crew and make customers happy for real. Whether you're looking for your first job, a lot of hours, or weekend work, we've got you covered.
Required Qualifications
- Solid social skills
- Ability to see low stock items (ketchup, straws, cups) and refill them
- Willingness to pitch in and help crew and customers
- Ability to take and receive direction like a pro
- Willingness to learn something new and be part of something good
- Commitment to making things right if something doesn't seem right
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most - if not all - of a shift
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs now and then
- Ability to handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.
- Ability to wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines
