Job Summary
Conduct drive-thru service, manage register operations, and maintain grill standards while wearing a headset. Fill low stock items like ketchup and straws, assist crew members, and correct any errors immediately. Stand and move for most of your shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handle weather-related tasks such as taking trash out. Take direction like a pro and ensure brand guidelines are followed. Whether you need hours on weekends or a first job, we provide accommodations for all.
Required Qualifications
- Solid social skills
- Ability to see low stock items (ketchup, straws, cups) and refill them
- Willingness to pitch in and help crew and customers
- Ability to take and receive direction
- Willingness to stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs
- Willingness to handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.
- Ability to wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines
