Manage drive-thru operations and prepare food while maintaining brand standards and guidelines. Monitor inventory levels for supplies like ketchup and straws, restocking them as needed. Assist customers and crew members with tasks, taking direction professionally to ensure service quality. Handle physical demands including standing and moving for most of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and managing weather-related challenges at the drive-thru. This role offers flexible scheduling for early birds or night owls with a hiring bonus available for qualified applicants.
Required Qualifications
- Solid social skills
- Ability to see low items (ketchup, straws, cups) and refill them
- Willingness to pitch in and help crew and customers
- Ability to take and receive direction like a pro
- Willingness to learn something new and be part of something good
- Commitment to making things right if something doesn't seem right
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs. now and then
- Ability to handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.
- Ability to wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines
