Job Summary
Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager and assist in selecting, coaching, training, and developing Team Members. Direct and assign work to Team Members while creating a positive work environment. Expedite food service, assist with food preparation, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environment. This role requires excellent team leadership, customer service, and integrity at the managerial level, supported by a flexible schedule and benefits including fuel discounts, medical plans, and tuition reimbursement.
