Conduct creative and inspiring activities such as music making, flower arranging, and gym sessions for clients individually and in groups at the Nieuw Kerkelanden expertise center. Provide constant, trustworthy support and guidance to clients with Korsakov, GP, and PG conditions, fostering an environment where they can be themselves. Maintain a positive atmosphere using humor and quick adaptation while managing the team's daily operations alongside welzijnscoördinators. Work a flexible schedule including weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings as needed, ensuring the psychosocial well-being of clients remains central to all interactions.
