Job Summary
Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized patient care under direct supervision. Provide patient- and family-centered care that adapts to specific population characteristics and cultural diversity. Partner with patients and significant others through bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and timely teaching to focus on patient goals. Complete the 12-month Nurse Residency Program (NRP) comprising system orientation, core nursing sessions, specialty onboarding, and monthly NRP meetings. Begin the program in Fall 2026 or Winter/Spring 2027 for new graduates with less than six months of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing
- Bachelor's Degree (BSN)
- Less than six months of experience
- Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
- Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BSN) preferred
