Job Summary

Operate, maintain, diagnose, and repair NexTier wellsite equipment including sand conveyors, silos, and bulk handling systems. Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, lubricate assets, and verify DOT compliance after repairs. Unload and load bulk trucks, transfer product to silos, and gather samples while adhering to strict safety protocols and hazard hunts. Monitor operations during pumping activities, read schematics for procedures, and complete inventory documentation. Assist in training new employees and guide less experienced personnel. Work a scheduled rotation under the WST Lead and SDM in both indoor and outdoor environments, enduring varying weather conditions.

  • Proven ability to diagnose mechanical and operational issues
  • Proven ability to perform non-routine repairs
  • Demonstrated experience verifying DOT compliance following maintenance or repairs
  • Ability to assume responsibility for wellsite operations in the absence of direct supervision
  • Experience training, mentoring, or guiding less experienced technicians
