Job Summary

80/20 role (80% business development, 20% startup generalist) in Salt Lake City field-based, building referral relationships with OBGYNs and primary care providers to drive fertility care access. Own a territory, map target providers, plan routes, drop off materials, host lunch-and-learns, and maintain a CRM of provider contacts and pipeline. Identify coverage gaps and new channels; report weekly insights. Support clinic launch logistics for the Salt Lake City satellite clinic, coordinate patient events and local marketing activations, and contribute to community presence and partnerships. Requires strong people skills, organizational self-direction, and a passion for fertility or healthcare access. Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student (or recent graduate); valid driver’s license and reliable car required. Bonus experience in sales, healthcare, or patient-facing roles; Canva/Notion/CRM familiarity.

Required Qualifications

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate
  • Willingness to travel locally within Salt Lake City for provider visits
  • Reliable car, valid driver’s license, clean driving record
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals
  • Bonus: experience in sales, healthcare, or patient-facing roles; familiarity with Canva, Notion, or CRM systems
