Job Summary
The Wellness Veterinarian will provide preventative care and perform occasional surgeries, promoting animal health and well-being. This full-time position requires a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and a valid Florida Veterinarian License, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal shelter. The role demands effective communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to lift heavy objects, while working in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Must possess a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine
- Has and maintains a Valid and Current State of Florida Veterinarian License
- Must have at least one year of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal shelter
- Must be personable and able to communicate with and direct staff
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
