Wellness Technician/Wellness Coach/Part-Time

Job Summary
Provide excellent service to club members and guests by performing cryotherapy, red light sauna, float tank, PEMF, compression, and similar health and wellness services. Conduct regular facility cleaning including laundry, sanitization, and sterilization while ensuring opening and closing procedures are followed. Offer tours to new customers, educate them on service benefits, and drive retail sales for memberships, packages, and products. Represent the company professionally at other businesses and local events. Maintain a quiet, calm atmosphere in a demanding environment while managing appointments and special projects as assigned. Work part-time, 20-25 hours per week, including some evenings and two Saturdays per month.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to work some evenings
- Must be able to work TWO Saturday's per month

Desired Qualifications
- Previous cryotherapy, wellness, or spa experience
- Mac experience
- Experience with appointment scheduling software
- Demonstrate integrity, discretion; conduct self in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate a desire and ability to create an inviting and welcoming space for guests and members
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience is a plus
