Job Summary
Provide day-to-day supervision of care staff in assisted living and memory care, ensuring residents receive personalized assistance. Conduct daily rounds to verify staff performance against task sheets and standards, while monitoring job performance and documenting corrective actions as needed. Coordinate community care team schedules, manage hiring and disciplinary processes, and perform safety and infection control checks. Respond promptly to emergency calls, share on-call duties, and lead training programs for new and existing staff. Uphold work schedules and 1440 care standards to meet community needs. Available for weekend work and on-call rotation as assigned by the Wellness Administrator.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Available to work weekends and / or on call as necessary as assigned by the Wellness Administrator
- Occasional travel to different locations may be required
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous Healthcare, Geriatrics or experience working with the elderly population preferred
- 2 years Leadership Experience
