Job Summary
Supervise care staff in assisted living and memory care by monitoring job performance, coaching, documenting corrective actions, and participating in hiring and disciplinary processes. Conduct daily rounds to ensure assignments meet task sheets, laws, and regulations while verifying hours in NovaTime and completing care team schedules. Perform safety and infection control checks, train staff, monitor Relias training, and respond promptly to emergency calls. Share on-call duties as assigned and work weekends when necessary. Uphold timely attendance and promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Available to work weekends and / or on call as necessary as assigned by the Wellness Administrator
- Occasional travel to different locations may be required
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous Healthcare, Geriatrics or experience working with the elderly population preferred
- 2 years Leadership Experience
