Job Summary
Lead the Vitamins & Beauty department by maintaining cleanliness, stocking shelves, and merchandising displays to drive sales. Monitor inventory, place orders with the Corporate Purchaser, and manage stock levels to ensure department efficiency. Coach staff members, delegate tasks, and ensure all team members are trained according to the Nature's Fare Markets outline. Set customer service standards, encourage open communication, and lead by example while supporting the Wellness Manager. Work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings alongside the team in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years retail sales experience in a wellness related role
- Passion for natural wellness
- Strong, effective leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong problem solving, and decision-making skills
- An eye for merchandising
- High energy with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and desire to lead by example and create a positive, supportive working environment
- Desire to support the Wellness Department Manager by actively working to meet the needs of our customers
- Minimum 3-5 years retail sales experience in a wellness related role
- Passion for natural wellness
