Job Summary
Sales associate for Palm Beach Tan at Cottleville, MO. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, providing professional upbeat customer consultations, educating customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning, and the Golden Rules of Tanning while following company and legal guidelines. Maintain a clean salon, handle cash transactions and opening/closing duties, and complete daily administrative tasks while tracking goals. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18+, and willingness to stand for up to 7 hours with ability to lift 25 pounds; flexible availability including nights and weekends. Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required.
