Job Summary
Sell tanning, wellness, and skin care products while meeting and exceeding sales goals. Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations and educate customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, adhering to the Golden Rules of Tanning and company guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, handle cash transactions, oversee opening/closing duties, and complete daily administrative tasks to track goals. Requires standing for up to 7 hours per day and lifting up to 25 pounds. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old; reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
