Job Summary
Meet and exceed sales goals through professional, upbeat customer consultations on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning, while educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed. Maintain a clean and organized salon, handle cash transactions, oversee opening/closing duties, and complete daily administrative tasks. Training and development in customer service, sales, and leadership to grow in a team-focused environment. Flexible scheduling and a welcoming atmosphere support work-life balance for part-time roles; prior retail/customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.
