Job Summary
Represent Palm Beach Tan brand in wellness, tanning, and beauty services. Meet and exceed sales goals, provide professional, upbeat customer consultations, and educate customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options while following company and legal guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized salon, handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties, and complete daily administrative tasks while tracking goals. Ideal candidate enjoys a welcoming, team-focused environment, is reliable, and flexible with scheduling including nights and weekends. Training and growth opportunities are provided to develop skills in customer service, sales, and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required
