Job Summary
Represent Palm Beach Tan as a hands-on retail ambassador in a salon setting, driving daily sales and delivering professional, upbeat customer consultations on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning while educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring compliance with company and legal guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized salon environment, handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties, and complete daily administrative tasks while tracking goals. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and be available with flexibility for nights and weekends. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth, commission opportunities, and a benefits package for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Experience in Retail, Customer Service or Sales helpful but not required
- Ability to stand for up to 7 hours per day
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
