Wellness Specialist (CIV)

Wellness Specialist role supporting regulatory compliance, wellness integration, and clinical leadership across senior living communities. Responsible for ensuring quality resident care in line with local, state, and federal guidelines, developing and evaluating clinical goals, modeling effective meetings and project management, and serving as a resource on clinical issues and regulatory trends. Partners with wellness teams to identify staff education opportunities and deliver training; may support as Wellness Director or Regional Director of Wellness including medication administration and on-call responsibilities. Assists with staffing pattern evaluations to meet resident care needs and align with labor budgets; integrates wellness programs during acquisitions or startups; contributes to Civitas culture and policy adherence, clinical data tracking, and third-party care utilization. Willingness to travel 80–100% and participate in special projects. Reports to Senior VP of Wellness; Department: Wellness. Equal opportunity employer.
