Job Summary
Recruit, select, and orient salon staff while scheduling employees and assigning tasks to ensure the location remains clean, stocked, and customer-ready. Achieve sales goals and financial objectives by monitoring labor and cost-of-sales expenses, analyzing daily reports, and coaching sales personnel. Maintain the salon's reputation by complying with legal requirements, resolving customer concerns professionally, and establishing long-term client relationships. Manage cash handling and banking duties to safeguard funds. This role requires standing for seven hours daily and includes nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- One-year supervisory experience
- Ability to positively influence others
- Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods, for 7+ hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
