Job Summary
Wellness Salon Manager in Training with a strong focus on leading store operations, customer service, and sales performance. Responsibilities include recruiting and orienting staff, training and coaching sales associates, achieving sales goals, scheduling and assigning staff, managing labor and expenses, maintaining a clean and well-stocked salon, building customer loyalty, and resolving customer concerns. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, proven retail/customer service experience, strong communication skills, ability to stand for long periods (7+ hours), ability to lift 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Compensation includes base pay plus up to 12% commission and monthly bonuses, with benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO; opportunity for advancement within a team-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability, including nights and weekends
