Job Summary
Wellness Salon Manager in Training role focusing on leading salon staff, achieving sales goals, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include recruiting and orienting employees, coaching and mentoring sales staff, scheduling and assigning tasks, monitoring controllable expenses, maintaining salon cleanliness and inventory, building customer loyalty, and analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize profit. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively influence others
- Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day)
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
