Job Summary
Recruit, select, and orient salon staff while scheduling employees and assigning tasks to ensure operations run smoothly. Maintain salon cleanliness, stock levels, and legal compliance while investigating customer concerns and building long-term loyalty relationships. Safeguard all cash received and perform daily financial analyses. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
