Wellness Salon Manager in Training

On-site Wellness Salon Manager in Training responsible for recruiting, selecting, and orienting salon staff, achieving sales goals, and leading daily operations. Role includes coaching and training staff, scheduling, monitoring controllable expenses, and analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits. Build customer loyalty, resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner, and ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, organized, and customer-ready. Establish rapport with customers, create a positive team environment, and drive performance through goal setting, coaching, and feedback. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong verbal and written communication, proven retail/customer service experience, ability to influence others, endurance to stand/walk for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, and reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends. Compensation ranges from $10.50 to $15.00+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission) with additional growth opportunities; benefits include 401K, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and an employee discounts program.
