Job Summary
Wellness Salon Manager in Training responsible for supporting salon operations, recruiting and orienting staff, coaching and mentoring sales staff to meet goals, achieving sales targets and managing expenses. This role involves establishing rapport with customers, driving member engagement, executing training programs (customer service, sales, leadership), supervising staff, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The position emphasizes maintaining a positive, motivating team environment, supervising daily sales/expense analyses, and contributing to growth and profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Compensation includes base pay plus up to 12% commission and potential monthly bonuses, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Ability to effectively influence others
- Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
