Job Summary
Store Manager in Training role responsible for recruiting, selecting, and orienting salon staff; delivering customer-service and sales training; coaching and mentoring sales staff; achieving sales goals and operational financial objectives; scheduling and assigning staff; ensuring the salon is clean, stocked, and customer-ready; building customer loyalty and long-term relationships; leading a positive, motivating team environment; participating in goal setting and performance feedback; and leveraging promotions and commissions to drive performance. Requires High school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication, retail/customer service experience, ability to stand 7+ hours daily, ability to lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
