Job Summary
Execute wellness screening events and workshops at business, retail, and community venues to educate attendees on spinal health and convert leads to new patient appointments. Use discovery and rapport-building techniques to engage prospects and create sales strategies that facilitate patient acquisition. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics while driving growth across multiple clinic locations. This role includes a travel allowance and extensive initial sales training within a high-growth organization focused on improving community health through chiropractic care.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of business-to-business or business-to-consumer sales experience
- High school degree
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- The ability to collaborate with team members and external event partners to achieve results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A reliable, personal vehicle
- A valid driver's license
- A good driving record
- Must perform other related duties and assist with project completion as needed
- Team member may be required to provide necessary information to complete a DMV (or equivalent agency) background check
