Job Summary
Front Desk Wellness Sales Consultant to greet guests, recommend products and services, schedule appointments, educate guests on current promotions, and drive both individual and team sales in a spa-like Heights Wellness Retreat. Responsibilities include confidently recommending products and services based on services rendered, scheduling appointments, guiding guests to appropriate therapies, exhibiting a positive demeanor, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills, sales experience, a passion for wellness, basic computer software proficiency, and a positive, energetic attitude; willingness to learn new systems and resolve customer conflicts. Flexible availability required (including weekends, evenings, and holidays).
