Job Summary
Front Desk Wellness Sales Consultant welcomes guests, recommends products and services based on services rendered, schedules appointments, guides guests to appropriate therapists and services, greets guests in person and on the phone with a positive demeanor, educates guests on current promotions and offers, and ensures complete customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes a dynamic, outgoing team player with a focus on achieving individual and team sales goals in a spa-like wellness environment; knowledge of basic computer software and strong guest-service skills are required, with varied hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must have sales and guest service experience
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Strong understanding of basic computer software and ability to learn new systems
