Job Summary
Conduct studio tours, present service packages, and close memberships while driving outbound client outreach and rebooking past leads. Greet and assist clients, manage phone and text follow-up, handle bookings and cancellations, and onboard new members by setting up waivers and profiles. Educate clients on medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care while maintaining studio safety, cleanliness, and welcoming culture. Represent Restore's mission in every interaction to help people feel better and perform at a higher level.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales or commission-based experience
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Comfortable asking for the close and handling 'let me think about it' without losing momentum
- Strong communication and follow-up skills (phone, text, and in person)
- Availability to work weekends
- Genuine interest in health and wellness or curiosity to become an expert quickly
