Job Summary
Conduct studio tours, present service packages, and close memberships while driving outbound client outreach to re-engage past clients and secure rebookings. Greet and assist clients, manage all booking and scheduling requests, and onboard new members by handling waivers and POS profiles. Educate clients on medical benefits and at-home care while maintaining a safe, clean studio environment during open and close shifts. Represent the Restore mission in every interaction, balancing sales targets with a hospitality-focused client experience. This role is part of a franchise group with five locations across Westchester and Brooklyn, offering a wellness-focused culture where team members feel valued.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales or commission-based experience
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Comfortable asking for the close and handling 'let me think about it' without losing momentum
- Strong communication and follow-up skills (phone, text, and in person)
- Availability to work weekends
- Genuine interest in health and wellness or curiosity to become an expert quickly
