Job Summary
Role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and organization of Refresh & Recovery amenities, monitors safety protocols, and ensures a superior member experience. Responsibilities include assisting and educating members on services (Cryotherapy, Infrared Therapy, Hydro Massage, Normatech, Theraguns), enforcing membership access, identifying equipment issues for EGYM and Tank amenities, supporting front desk operations, and conducting equipment and environment audits. Requires strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, a customer-focused attitude, weekend/evening/holiday availability, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. Embraces core values and contributes to a safe, welcoming fitness-club atmosphere.
