Job Summary
Wellness Practitioner at The Verdala Wellness Hotel in Rabat, Malta. Deliver holistic wellness treatments and consultations, create personalised wellness plans, maintain treatment rooms, and contribute to a high-quality guest experience in collaboration with the wider team. Ensure health and safety compliance, keep accurate guest records, and support continuous improvement of wellness services. Requires minimum 2 years in a similar role, certification in a relevant wellness discipline, and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Certification in a relevant wellness discipline (e.g. massage, holistic therapy, yoga, meditation)
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment is an asset
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong understanding of holistic health and wellness practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create a welcoming, calming, and supportive atmosphere
- Guest-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Passion for wellbeing and continuous learning
