Job Summary
Wellness Nurse (LPN/RN) at The Residence at Riverbend in Ipswich, MA. Part-time and per diem; weekends and weekday 8h shifts with 12h options. Oversees the Resident Care Team, assists the Resident Care Director with staffing and monitoring residents’ health needs, develops and revises service plans per state requirements, administers topical and oral medications as ordered, and participates in on-call duties. Demonstrates knowledge of aging-related pathophysiology and psychosocial changes, directs and supervises resident care associates, evaluates medical concerns with the ED, family, and MD, supports infection control and safety initiatives, participates in community marketing and direct resident care, and ensures documentation and regulatory reporting are completed. Qualifications include high school diploma, graduation from an accredited Nursing Program, at least two years in geriatric settings, and a current RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
Required Qualifications
