Wellness Nurse - RN or LPN

Oversee day-to-day activities and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care. Take full responsibility for monitoring resident conditions, following physician orders, and applying recognized nursing standards. Recognize and report changes in resident conditions, initiating or assisting with interventions while maintaining a safe environment. Instruct nursing staff on policies and procedures to ensure compliance with administrative and clinical standards.
