Wellness Nurse (RN/LPN) needed to assess residents, administer medications and treatments, coordinate individualized care plans, and collaborate with physicians, families, and care staff. You will provide health education, monitor changes in condition, and promote safety to support resident well-being in an assisted living and memory care community.
