Wellness Nurse NOC, Part Time

Coordinate resident admission screening, assessments, and care needs while ensuring all interventions align with individual care plans. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, assisting community nurses and caregivers to maintain regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. Document resident observations and report significant changes, maintaining a working knowledge of state regulations and policies. Collaborate with outside providers to coordinate comprehensive care services. This part-time role includes overnight shifts from 7pm to 7am and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time staff, alongside 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay for all team members.
