Job Summary
The Wellness Nurse provides ongoing clinical monitoring and support to residents, assists in coordinating admissions and assessments, administers medications per physicians’ orders, and supports coordination with other providers to ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. Responsible for documenting care, reporting observations, maintaining knowledge of state regulations, and contributing to a collaborative team with flexibility to changing pace. Requires current LPN or RN license, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, and preferred three years of geriatric nursing experience. Part-time schedule with days and hours varying.
Required Qualifications
