Wellness Nurse (LPN) - Part time Overnight

Provide direct nursing care as an LPN to residents in a long-term care/assisted living setting during the overnight part-time shift (11pm-7am). Supervise care staff, assist in medication administration, conduct resident assessments, and maintain clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal/state/local standards. Ensure holistic wellness and high-quality service aligned with the community’s mission, while complying with applicable regulations and utilizing computer tools (Microsoft Office) as needed.
