Job Summary
This full-time Wellness Nurse/LPN position requires assessing and reassessing residents for community residency, developing individualized service plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. The nurse will supervise caregivers, schedule appointments, respond to emergencies, and ensure that all resident health and personal care needs are met. Required Qualifications
