Job Summary
Conduct resident assessments, monitor health changes, and administer medications while collaborating with the Health and Wellness Director. Schedule caregiving shifts, supervise staff training, and coordinate care plans with home health agencies. Maintain accurate medical records, review physician orders, and address resident complaints or special needs. Facilitate communication between families and providers, manage move-ins with the sales team, and adhere to state-specific regulations. Full-time Sunday through Thursday 9am to 5:30pm in Fountain Hills, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- A valid, incumbent nursing license (LPN/LVN)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- At least four (4) years working in geriatric nursing
- Experience with medication administration
- Experience with delivery systems
- Experience with pharmacies
- Ability and willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- Must meet all mandatory health requirements according to state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- An associate degree or higher in nursing
- Additional coursework in management
- At least one (1) year of relevant supervisory experience
- Experience with staff scheduling
- Experience with staff management
- Experience with memory care
